If you consider that SkyRide does not provide the needed adrenaline-pumping action, SkyCourse ropes circuit do. Both SkyCourse and SkyRide are part of the SportSquare, which also features an indoor hangout, mini-bowling, The Clubhouse, Ping-Pong, sports video gaming, arcade basketball and more. The fun onboard Carnival Panorama starts with SkyRide, industry's first open-air, pedal-powered aerial ride. Riders have to climb onboard a hanging bike and "cycle" their way around the 800ft suspended track, 150 feet above sea level.

While the interior rooms as a great option for those on a budget, the balcony rooms are worth every penny. On our cruise to the Mexican Riviera, we saw several whales from our balcony as well as a sea turtle. While bathrooms on cruise ships are typically very small, the bathrooms on the Panorama are actually a pretty decent size. Towards the back of the ship on the Lido Deck is the Tides Pool.

The Piano Bar is directly across from the Library and is a great, mellow bar where you can request songs. The Alchemy Bar is located right in the center of Deck 5 and is the perfect place to grab a unique drink. In the front of the ship is the Liquid Lounge, home to several great shows.

Professional comedians entertain you with family-friendly and adults-only performances, guaranteed to liven up your evening. The liner's christening ceremony was held on December 10, 2019, in Port Long Beach.

Not terribly big and not terribly small either, Carnival Panorama offers a wealth of activities and there’s something for every cruiser to do, no matter what exactly it is that you’re into. Plus, since the ship is on the newer side, you can expect modern staterooms and suite options, plus special VIP areas of the ship if you really want to splurge. The kids club onboard Carnival Panorama is called Camp Ocean, and it is tucked up on Deck 11 midship. It's close to Bookville, the top-deck attractions and also offers "sports" activities in its own private outdoor playground area. The Promenade on Deck 5 is one of the busiest places on the ship, with a majority of Panorama's bars and restaurants, but it's also home to some noteworthy shops and public rooms. Surrounding the atrium there are a few more shops including the hard-to-resist Cherry on Top sweets and gift store.

And since the main pool is where most of the kids swim and where the water slides are, you have to choose if you want to grab a lounge chair here or on the way back of the ship. In other words, you almost have to choose the pool or the hot tub. Only 2 hot tubs, at the rear of the ship – Another thing that really bothered us was that there were no hot tubs by the main pool on the lido deck. EVery other ship I have sailed on has multipl hot tubs in this area. On deck 5, just outside of the Javablue Cafe, are several tables, chairs, and loungers out on the deck. This is also not technically a non-kid area but they are rarely here and I was able to enjoy my morning coffee while looking at the ocean every morning in peace.

Days go by quickly on Carnival Panorama, because it's hard to fit everything in. Carnival's newest attractions, Sky Zone, is smartly placed on Deck 7 forward next to the pre-teen and teen clubs. This indoor trampoline park is one of the few activities onboard with an additional fee, but an hour of jumping is only $12 during the day and $18 for the special Glow party at night (and that includes a T-shirt). Carnival has so many onboard activities for all ages, but my all-time favorite thing to do on a sunny sea day is slip down the water slides. Panorama has two main slides, both of which I find to be thrilling. Like other cruise ships I've experienced, my cabin bathroom was petite, but included a shower stall, a sink with mirrors above, a storage shelf beneath, and so many towels I was never wanting for more.
So, whether you enjoy comedy, action, or both, be sure to check the Fun Times program for the latest movie titles and showtimes playing on the big screen. This one-of-a-kind trampoline park is called Sky Zone and it’s the first entertainment venue of its kind at sea. There are even blacklight glow parties, for some nightlife fun with a twist. Overall, the Vista class brought new fun and venues to Carnival Cruise Line fans, and this is reflected all over Carnival Panorama.
You can see the space from the Havana Bar, and it looked secluded and dreamy. The Beach pool is the main pool where all the poolside fun happens. There is a whirlpool on either side, each covered by a tiki-style roof. Plus, the resident DJ takes over the Limelight Lounge after the comedy sets are through, late into the night. Between the varied itinerary offerings and ship amenities, time and again I have found that Panorama has something for everyone. I didn't have ocean views, but I appreciated the fact that I had no outside light shining through to interrupt my afternoon nap.
Included in the fare was unlimited dining apart from specialty restaurants, all live entertainment, and activities like trivia, dance parties, waterslides, mini putt, and a ropes course. The rate did not include alcoholic beverages, specialty coffees, or activities on port excursions. There are several parties held throughout the cruise including the Mega Deck Party, the White Hot Night Party, and the 80’s Rock and Glow Party.
